大学で心理学を学び、小さな精神科クリニックで受付を経験した後、病む人より社会の仕組みを治した方がいいのでは？という問いから、降りていく生き方を選択。人や組織の内側からの変革と調和に関心があります。
「そこにあるものをみる/そこにあるものでつくる/そこにいるひととやる」
「自然界に習い、他者と生きることがアート」
「複雑なわたしを複雑なまま生きる」
という考えから、多層多様な役割をかけもちしながら生きています。

・造園分野（ガーデンキュレーター協会の企画運営サポート/ 里山BOX/庭のメンテナンス業）
